Domestic Shipping (United States) Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. International orders typically take 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. West On Road is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by your country.

Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number.

Delays We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather, customs processing, or other events outside our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages West On Road is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after USPS confirms delivery. If your package is lost in transit contact us at support@westonroad.store and we will do our best to assist.
