All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@westonroad.store if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
How to Report an Issue Email support@westonroad.store within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will respond within 2-3 business days.
European Union If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days regardless of condition. This is required by EU law.
